Meditation description
During this meditation you sit with your back against a tree, allowing the energy from the earth to fill your body. You notice a rainbow in the sky. You open your hands and the rainbow travels from the sky into your hands. The colours form the rainbow flow through your body and you absorb the healing that is right for you. The colours from the rainbow also flow deep into the earth, and spread around the earth, healing the earth, plants, animals and people that require healing, glowing with colours, you lift your hands and the rainbow travels back into the sky.
