My name is Helen and I am a spiritual healer that works with a wide range of natural and alterative therapies. These include Meditation, Chiron Healing®, Reiki, Thai Foot Reflexology, Pampering the Pattern, The Leaf Blessing, Essences and Sound Healing, which is sometimes called Sound Therapy.

I am compassionate and very patient. In 2002 I became particularly concerned about our Earth and the state of the world. I felt strongly called to begin writing guided imagery meditations to assist in Earth healing. There are many people who have supported me with encouragement with this project. To each and every one of you I say thankyou!

I launched Earth Healing Meditations in 2010 and I am proud to continue to provide you with these meditation resources in the form of downloads, books , CDs, USB and streamed meditations here on my web page.
